What are your thoughts?!

Charity Shop; Thrift Shop; Second-Hand Shop. EW no thanks. That's what I hear in my school. But seriously why not? If you actually look at the things in a charity shop there is so many good and quality items. I am hoping to do a charity spree soon and I'll show you the things. The only off-put is that someone else has been wearing them but what does that matter if you wash them. Once my cousin found a Hollister T-shirt and it was only £2.00. Bargains in this day and age can help your budget stretch alot more further. In America they have pretty awesome charity shops (thrift stores). One near where Bunny (Grav3yardgirl) has a certain price each day you go, which I think is pretty cool.

QOTD : Who think we should spend abit more time shopping in charity shops and helping a good cause?

I just want to know your thoughts. Is it really that bad like people in my school says it is? And are clothes all about labels? I was inspired to write this post because of Katherine, who is a blogger I stumbled across lately and I am absolutely obsessed with her blog! :)

Lots of Love,

School Emergency | Leah'xo

Most schools go back to school tomorrow, I go back on Wednesday so I am going to do my preparing tomorrow. *Keep updated for my back to school uniform* Anyway what I can do it my DIY Emergancy Kit for school.

 1. Deodorant - Last year I was guilty of having to ask loads of people for deodorant because I hadn't got any and I was sweating. So I would suggest to take a roll on deodorant incase you set of your fire alarms but I take spray because ain't nobody got time to be unbuttoning shirts taking them off waiting for the roll on to sink into your skin and then buttoning your shirt #firstworldproblems Ahaha.
 2. Hair Brush - School isn't always easy. You may need to brush your hair at break because you have been pulling it out to try and answer your algebra question. Just a simple small one or a tangle teaser.
 3. Chewy or Mints - There may be a time where you eat your tuna sandwich and feel abit insecure or where you just need to chew. Just don't let on you have any or you will be replacing them everyday, people go crazy for them :)
 4. Shine Blotting Tissues - If you are like me and have a very oily T-zone you may need these just to freshen up through-out the day. Even though you can add powder I just find these do a better job as powder may make you look cakey.
 5. Lip Balm - I always have chapped lips so I have medicated lip balm from ASDA but you can have tinted lip balm. Adding abit more your style into it :)
 6. Lotion - When you are always washing your hands in school your hands can get sore and dry so if you just add a travel sized body lotion you won't have that problem, I always get dry around my fingernails so this helps alot.
 7. Perfume or Body Mist - Even if you add 1000 squirts of perfume it if going to wear off throughout the 6 hour day. Just so you can smell nice take a small body spray. This helps if you are abit sweaty aswell :)

I hope you enjoyed reading my Emergency School Kit, make sure to comment down below if you think I have missed anything out.

11.1 Mile Walk For Charity | Leah'xo

Hello, I think sometimes I have to write 'daily bloggy' type posts. Today I walked 11.1 miles for charity. I know some people may think that's not long and some people will think it's really long. I personally am not fit and any chance I can I will get out of PE. Hahaha :) I have got a larger and fuller body figure than the average teenager now-a-days so I didn't think I could do it. 4 hours later I can tell everybody I have done it. I didn't get tired, I didn't want to give up; I powered through the first part and then on the way back my converse crushed my little toe so me and my best friend (her converse also done the same!) sort of waddled back. When I say waddled I mean we hardly lifted our feet off the ground and we didn't bend our feet we just sort of struggled through. Every teacher we passed asked if we wanted to stop. Me& my best friend refused to give up. We stormed through the finish line and had a laugh. I would just like to give a big shout out to my best friend - without you I wouldn't of been able to get through it <3

When we walked 6.5 miles that was where we was having lunch. The school (bless them) went all out to make sure we felt good about ourselves. The head's got dragged out and had a chance to speak and socialize with the students, they hired a BBQ to give us all free food. The teachers came around to congratulate. We just didn't have enough time though. We had 20 minutes to eat, go the toilet and then talk and rest. Well, I must of 'rested' for the maximum of 2 minutes... I sat down, to get up and go get a hotdog to sit down and eat the bread (sausage was too hot and I was desprate for the toilet) I then went the toilet and they could only let a few at a time go so I waited for like 10 minutes then I got there and had to wait for the public and a primary school to go. When I got back it was time to go.
 MY FEET WERE KILLING ME.

Anyway, I would just like to thank the school and all my friend's for making this experience a great one (even though none of you will see this) I hope you all had a wonderful day and CONGRATULATIONS.
