Skincare Wishlist | Leah'xo

Hey guys, I think to pursue with my blogging dreams I need alot more beauty items in my collection. Well I think that's a good enough excuse to go shopping, if not what is? Ha ha. My skin is so bad all the time, I think it's because I'm a teenager and my hormones are running wild but sometimes I am at my wits end with it. Sometimes it's so dry foundation looks awful, Sometimes it's so oily my make-up slides off, Sometimes it's got so many blemishes I want to cry and Sometimes it's so nice and smooth that I go bare faced everywhere.

I don't do much skin care. I take my make-up off with make-up wipes. I recently have been using Simple Make-up Wipes and so far I like them but I think I like my previous ones more. They were from Primark and cost £1 for 50 wipes.

Here's my wishlist of skin care products and a teeth thing (couldn't resist)!

Herbalism Facial Cleanser : I raved about this months ago in my Lush Blog Post (here), I still want everything on that wishlist though aha. I spoke briefly about this along with loads of other stuff. I will have it one day :) The thing that gets me with this product is that it's got nettles in. And other very organic ingredient, at the moment my skin needs some TLC so I am really looking forward to getting this soon. This is £6.75 for 100g.

Garnier Fresh Refining Toner Shine Be Gone! : I was looking for a good toner everywhere and I thought the micellar water from garnier. I see all the youtubers and blog writers raving about it but when I went onto the Superdrug website their was a whole line of toning waters. I have a very oily T-zone so thought this may do the trick as it is mattifying. It is cheaper than the micellar water but I am hoping it is still good. When my mum is buying this for christmas she'll probably be thinking i'm mad it's just water:) This is £2.19 for 200ml.

Garnier Moisture Match Hydrating Gel Wake Me Up : This is from the same brand but really drawn by attention. I find it so hard to wake up in the mornings and when I do my skin feels horrible when applying make-up. A hydrating gel sounds lush, cooling and reviving my skin in the morning. This is £3.99 for 50ml.

Ayesha Fresh Face Masks : When I went on the Lush website yesterday evening I really wanted to find a mask for when I wanted a pamper night. I wanted something for blackheads and pores. I couldn't find one after over-looking this one I nearly gave up until I clicked this one. The description says :
We use moisturising honey and fresh asparagus and kiwis in this brightening fresh face mask. Fuller’s earth and witch hazel absorb dirt and oil, helping to tighten the skin, whilst elderflower vinegar and elderflower oils balance out skin tone. How nice does that sound?! This is £6.50 for 75g.

Atomic toothy tabs:
'Go to war on bad breath with Atomic. This solid toothpaste in tab form gently cleans your teeth, refreshes your mouth, and soothes ulcers as it’s made with cinnamon and cloves, bicarbonate of soda, kaolin powder, and essential oils.' Don't they just sound amazing. To be honest it's just the novelty which makes me want to buy these but they only cost £2.50 for 12g so no harm going to be done ;)

Tea Tree Skin Clearing Foaming Cleanser: When I was reading the reviews alot of them said it helped with their breakouts, didn't dry their skin and some even said it helped with their oiliness. Honestly it sounds like heaven in a bottle but is it too good to be true? I hope no because if I am ever in The Body Shop with £5 I will be tempted to buy it!!

My Addiction To Lush | Leah'xo

DISCLAIMER - I AM NOT BEING PAID TO FEATURE ANY PRODUCTS IN THIS BLOG, ALL VIEWS ARE MY OWN. I DID NOT GET PAID TO FEATURE LUSH IN MY BLOG EITHER, I JUST HAVE BECAME OBSESSED TODAY AND THOUGHT YOU'D LIKE TO KNOW.
Watching Bunny's (Grav3yardgirl on YouTube) Birthday Lush haul I decided to drop in today and at first I was looking around and thought - "This is abit overpriced" Then I tried some samples and fell in love They are against animal testing, they only use fresh ingredients, they are 100% vegetarian, they are handmade AND the packaging is plain resulting in easier recycling!! WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?  . I only bought a small something because I didn't have much money but there's alot on my wish list. I thought I'd share my wishlist with a brief description (from the website!). I think I am going to do one per section because there is alot I would love:

Pink Fun, £5.00 for the amount in picture:-
This Image Had To Be Big Otherwise You Couldn't See It Properly.

This is a magic product, you can use it as shampoo, bubble bath, play-do, soap, body cleanser. SO MANY THINGS. The website says :-
'Ideal for children (of all ages), Pink Fun can be whatever you want it to be. This gentle 4-in-1 product can be used as a solid shampoo, bubble bar, soap, or even for play. One of five colours in the range, this is a nostalgic trip back in time to childhood smells of vanilla and sweets. First, enjoy making models and shapes out of it, and then either break off a small piece and use as a soap or shampoo, or crumble under running water for bubble bath. Its sweet smell comes from tonka absolute, which adds a warm, caramel note.'
Doesn't it just sound amazing, it's like play-do that a teenager can play with and not get funny looks :) ahah.
Herbalism, £6.40 for a 100g tub :-

This is one of the product the woman shown me in the shop today, it is a cleanser for the skin. It smells vinegary and looks like moss. When she picked it up I looked like she was mad. Then she picked abit up and added water. It was like magic! I said that I have been breaking out recently and loads of blackheads have appeared and she said this would be great. I want it so badly now! Shame I didn't have enough money with me! It has the strangest ingredients including NETTLES?! But it is so nice on the skin. The website says :-
'Nettles, rosemary and rice bran vinegar work to cleanse the skin, removing dirt and grease, leaving bright and beautifully clean skin. Chamomile blue oil and rose absolute are used for balancing skin tone. Rice bran and ground almonds will gently exfoliate the skin and when mixed with water, the almonds create a soft cleansing milk. Our chlorophyllin is extracted from alfalfa, which is rich in vitamins and minerals and is great for revitalising the skin.'
Sympathy for the Skin, £11.25 for 240g :-

This product seems like a fairy in a tub. It's a cooling body lotion which doesn't it sound amazing after a hot bath. The website says :-
'We've packed this lotion with bananas, cocoa butter and vanilla to nourish and soften sore skin. Fresh, organic bananas are mashed and added to a loose emulsion of vanilla pod infusion, cocoa butter and almond oil, which helps the skin more easily absorb the vitamin and mineral-rich bananas. Sandalwood is great for dry skin as it’s anti-inflammatory and cooling.'
Tea Tree Toner Tab, £1.00 for each tablet.

This is what I bought today as I seen Bunny had it. I am tempted to do a post about my nightly routine with this included, would anyone be interested? Anyway I think I am going to love this. As I actually have a proppa Facial Sauna I thought this product would be perfect. I am going to crumble half into the bottom of the facial sauna and some in a little cup and I then will use it another day. The website says :-

'If your skin could use a little extra TLC, try this powerful yet gentle treatment of tea tree oil and aloe vera. Tea tree is known for its antibacterial and antiseptic properties, and helps to combat the bacteria that causes spots. Aloe vera is kind, cooling and wonderfully gentle on the skin. Drop into a bowl of hot water, releasing the steam to open pores and allow the essential oils to be absorbed.'

And that's about all I want to try there is so many more products I would love but I tried to be harsh on myself and only tell you 4. When I get abit more money I think I may try some other things but for now I am happy with the Toner.

Would anybody be interested in a review of the tea tree toner tab?
